I just returned from a three day American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) conference in Philly called "Strictly Business." I had the rare opportunity to learn from over 200 photographers, portfolio consultant Leslie Burns-Dell' Acqua and many others to discuss the current state of the photography market.
I particularly loved the presentation with guest panelist Joyce Tenneson. She showed us a sneak preview of her new book, " A Life in Photography,"(www.tenneson.com). Her work is so gorgeous!
It was a fascinating conference and I would highly recommend it to any photographer!

Joyce Tenneson was always my favorite. Her book Light Warriors has one of the most beautiful portraits ever taken in it. A friend of mine's mother, when she found out was dying of cancer, had her portrait taken by Tenneson. What a memorial!
